Hi! I completely understand what you mean. Right now, Opera doesn’t have a built-in option to remove or fade the Speed Dial icons completely, so the theme isn’t fully visible.

A few tips you could try:

Use folders for your shortcuts to reduce clutter on the Speed Dial.

Send feedback to Opera directly, they often consider user suggestions for future updates.

This way, you can enjoy the theme more while keeping your frequently used shortcuts accessible. Hope this helps you bro.

Thanks for reply. I already use this version. I'll stay with XP since Win-7 & Win-10 are non compatibles for old programs. I also use Win-10 which is unstable, slow and really not user friendly.

its too bad 12.16 is out of date... It seems to load webpages soooo fast the few times I had the forums email notifications open the Opera forums webpage in 9.12 instead of Firefox!
