In Opera Touch they have something like this called My Flow. If you look you'll see there is already a thread requesting to bring My Flow to Opera for Android - look over the description, and if it does what you want then support that thread instead.

I also require keyboard shortcuts for mobile (in Mini and regular) as I intend to use my phone as my main browser, in my hand and hooked up to a larger display. (HDMI, Chromecast, Miracast, whatever gets the picture there) Some of the suggestions above from matt12 are also valid, however keyboard shotcuts are my personal focus.
