vjbelide, look into flags (experiments) - at least in betas (I have no stable version here) there is flag for enabling MHTML saving: opera://flags/#save-page-as-mhtml
opera://bookmarks/MyFolders/ etc.

Please don't hold your breath breath if you're waiting for for their attentions. After years in the Opera forums I doubt that people who work at Opera spend more than a few minutes a year if any time at all looking at the forums.
