  @nassoor, by the way: here on Windows 7, and Linux, it works without problem. Perhaps your personal settings/macros are the culprits, that cause this problem.

  Slight addition ... Opera for Linux did that, and there was an option in Windows so that specifically middle-clicking on the tab bar could do that. (Though in Linux the text only needed to be highlighted, in Windows it was from the clipboard.)

  You really need to specify platform ... in Opera desktop versions you can specify a maximum number of columns. Though it is considered an advanced setting - you need to scroll down and click on the Show advanced settings checkbox before you'll see it.
