Might be an option to activate/deactivate feature with selectable time frame and NO continuous mouse button presses without mouse movement.

It is already implemented in the latest developer version
I like it.

It was on of the very few good things on new Opera and now its gone. Instead of opening speed dial its opening some random links especialy if you open new tab before site loaded so you dont see where are you doing gesture.

Well that does not make the development go faster, actually it will rather have the opposite effect. The Opera team are working hard, check the change log from the latest developer build. You can put in loads of features constantly, an example is the otter browser that I several times hear of on the forum, but then the browser has as many features as it has bugs! Opera is a quality product.

I dont see any difference between developer and stable version of Opera. Its look the same and there are no new features.

Thanks. I figured that out though and was hoping for toggle function like full screen toggle. I understand if they want to keep it this way but wouldn't hurt to have another shortcut for that.

Everyone who? Of course they aren't here all the time but they sure read the posts here.

And why developers dont tell us if they implement it or not?

Because they have never done it in the history of Opera except for a very few times. So why they should start doing it now?

Also, as discussed a lot, if they start doing it then we would have lots of posts complaining about a "promised feature" everytime a new build were released.

In the latest developer version you can already change the thumbnail by entering the site that you've added to speed dial, press on the heart button and change the image there, and then the image on speed dial will also change.

I can't agree with you. Yes, it was an advantage of having the e-mail client in the browser, but even if it's a standalone application, it beats many other e-mail programs.

Update:

I am now using uMatrix to manage exceptions for cookies and javascript. Far more convenient because you edit relevant settings while looking at the affected website. It does not even require you to type anything, just point and click. My only gripe is that it does not cover pop-ups, location tracking, or desktop notifications.
