I'm sure that most users could figure out how to accomplish this by installing an extension, but that isn't the point. Why would the developers choose not to include such a basic functionality built into the browser?

You must be kidding, right? A good password is the one you can easily remember but others can't easily figure out.
If you can't remember your passwords, you will always depend on a third part to access your data and I don't think it's really secure.

I did say that the weakest passwords are the ones that can be easily remembered. You should generally come up with something that you have to train your brain to remember to avoid it being easily crackable.

About the tab selector: Freezing. Sometimes it takes several minutes to come back and sometimes it throws me back to the phone's main. I haven't experienced it with tab selectors of other chromium browsers so I don't know what to think about it. Check also the dedicated thread on this very forum. Cheers.

I have experienced the exact same issue across all current builds of Opera Mobile. I've filed a bug report for all applicable browsers several weeks ago, but so far nothing has been done about it.

It will only make them waste time closing them.

To clarify, I've filed a bug report for the issue after every update that did not fix it. I do not know how they handle those reports since there is no transparency.

I think they are somehow related to the latest Android security patch of July 2016 as these hangs started to happen right after it.

I don't think that is the case. I'm using an older device with a custom ROM and haven't installed any of the security patches.

Instead of "In Mini" you should read "In Opera for Android" of course.

My Tabs going "mad" with the new versions, first opera just crashed if you wanted to drag and drop a tab,that was loading, and create a new window.
Now if i close a tab between, that is 2 other tabs, all the tab expands to double the size and then they go back to normal after a few seconds, if you don't interact with them.

I can confirm this is happening on my end as well.
