Let opera runs in the background at least to play notifications

As some other browsers already got the feature of running background app/extenstions after existing their browsers, I hardly believe that it should be available soon in opera too because we know that we can't receive any notifications if we completely existed from it and also it could save lots of memory while we could always keep in touch at the right time with the relevant sites.
