I think they must consider the IRC network more of a community support service. But it's still being used for general stuff, such as the lounge, trivia games and even my gaming community (#AlterEgo) has a channel there (no need to warn me if you're gonna pull the plug on my channel or bots though. No seriously, I'll deal with it).

Also, try putting Mibbit in a pinned tab while you're waiting for an IRC extension.

1.French, Polish, Deutsch and Italian are spoken in European Union so anybody can sing the Choral with english lyrics in my opinion. 2.You are already in 'forums' and all news has 'announcement' tag on top for http site and Desktop/Mobile/Security on blogs so I can't undestand your question. News occurrence is already in place after login according with previous sessions.

Opera portal disappeared early February without notice. There was briefly a world news page a little like opera portal from the new opera home page. This has also gone. Is there now a new opera portal or similar start page where we could find the news sources we added to opera portal and other news sources?
Opera Mail - it shows my sent messages inside Received - maybe it shouldnt?

so ähnlich ist es mir mit Slide ergangen eine mächtige Foto und Slideshowseite. Ich konnte zwar mitteilen, dass ich meine Inhalte zurückhaben möchte, es wurde versprochen es würde nichts gelöscht werden, aber ich habe nie eine Antwort von google bekommen. Den flockbrowser haben sie auch gekauft und dann wurde die weiterentwicklung eingestellt.
Dass es so kommt, habe ich schon geahnt als ich den Opera 18 gesehen habe! Zum Glück habe ich diesmal nicht viel eingebüßt. Mich würde nur interessieren, ob das forenteam DE weitermacht an anderer Stelle oder werfen alle das Handtuch hier?

Add page button [check box] //it's "[+]" button to adding page to speeddial from speeddial. Button like in Opera Classic/Mini

Also include the option to import from other browsers, coming from FF I had to install v12 to get my bookmarks in there. Seems a little backward to me.

EDIT (well, tried to edit, it didn't work): Sorry, it does already do this. But, yes support for the bookmarks API would put them into the bookmarks bar.

We had this discussion over at the Opera Desktop Team blog already.
I was on your side back then, however, they said, pictures are files after all. So it would be inconsistent not to treat them as a regular download...

Concerning your default folder for pictures problem: Download Control can solve it 🙂
Add favicon alerts for pinned sites.
