I have the same problem. Downloaded Opera to my iPhone, connected to my account, and deleted the app before I disconnected it. When I downloaded the app again and connected my account, it created a another "speed dials", "tabs", etc. There's no way to remove it, either (as far as I can find).
If the Dev. Version 29.0.1795.21 on the FTP Server at the wrong place?
That is the beta section?
I also can not update Opera.

Can anyone help me?
The version showed in your picture is the beta version, that is right.
Your link points to different site/domain than certificate certifies (a.ssl.fastly.net) - this indicates either some server misconfiguration or your link is wrong.
This is specific to the Developer fork of Opera (I can't attest to the Beta version).
Since the last update, Opera will prevent access to any website, after an hour or so. Also, whenever I access an extension (be it via the icons in the toolbar or viewing the extensions list), Opera will freeze. I depend on extensions and absentmindedly use Tab Killer and Ghostery before realizing I have to Force Quit Opera in order to get back to what I was doing.
Also wanted to point out that this is Opera 29. Additionally, the memory usage is insane. I believe this is when Opera Developer freezes and refuses to close tabs. A force quit is required to exit.
Now when you CTRL click a link it opens in a new tab IN THE FOREGROUND !!! This is very annoying because you can't open multiple links efficiently due to the new tab coming in the foreground
In opera 27 and below it used to open in the background
