Wait for them to fix the forum.

As for now, you can try logging out and logging in again or cookies deletion. It may work.

Opera_Developer_44.0.2475.0_Setup.exe
and
C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera Developer\44.0.2475.0\opera.exe
are continuously crashing before Opera can be launched.
Tried clean install with no success.

Try this...

Backup all opera Developers folders (or simply put ".old" on all this .... ) use a register cleaner like "Ccleaner"... and let it run..
when it finished, try to re-install opera.

Diretories

Instalar: C:\Program Files\Opera developer
Perfil: C:\Users\Rodrigo\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Developer
Cache: C:\Users\Rodrigo\AppData\Local\Opera Software\Opera Developer

If not have a success on it try to see anything strange on windows events

open CMD and type eventvwr , wait .... and click on " > " in windows logs, click applications (wait for he open) .. and try to search any evidence for "Opera Developer" error or information

Either the data is encrypted or Opera couldn't find it. If the data is not encrypted, you could just copy it from Chrome's data folder to Opera's (while the program is not running).

Yep, As i know, Most of Chrome extension works fine in Opera

So the extension author(s) officially say that the extension supports Opera? I don't see such extension in Opera's addons page so it seems to not be officially supported.

Not officially support. But i think you also know Opera have same layout engine, same dev tools....at least...Look's same.
I never see there have any special feature for Opera's dev tools, so... It they just use origin code of Chromium dev tools, this extension should work. or may i miss something like namespace...

Opera 43 restarts on Ubuntu 16.10 64-bit:

Run Opera with --ssl-version-max=tls1.3.
Go to a site that uses TLS 1.3 (e.g. https://www.cloudflare.com/).
Click on the padlock. Opera restarts.

Or just go to a site (Google’s) which uses QUIC (and TLS 1.3) and click on the padlock. Make sure QUIC is used; it isn’t always.

Actually, no I am not.

Then that's the reason why you aren't being able to do it. You need to be on bookmarks manager to move bookmarks from a folder to other.

Whenever I have multiple tabs open, Opera Beta tends to freeze up. Even with multiple tabs in other Opera browsers, it is still frozen. I have tried reopening the browser, but that doesn't seem to help at all.
