There also exists a compatibility layer to be used with as an LD_PRELOAD, but I can’t find this library on my Ubuntu 14.04 : https://beeznest.wordpress.com/2011/07/02/adobe-flash-and-v4l2-webcams/
I will investigate on this and the previous, later, and will tell if one or the other works

This one works, but only with Firefox, using /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libv4l/v4l1compat.so (exactly LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libv4l/v4l1compat.so firefox). One may have to use another path (run a find /usr -name v4l1compat.so to get yours). Works with Firefox, but still not with Opera, no picture, while at least, it prompt me for access right to the camera, so that's still a step further.

Note as Flash does not work with Opera, I tested the webcam with Opera, on a website which does not rely on Flash: opentokrtc.com/ (I tested Firefox on the same too).

You can of course use standard keyboard shortcuts or the Windows task bar as other ways to close any window ...

They just sent 44 - without Reborn - to the Beta stream, so you can expect the next Developer build with Reborn (probably next Tuesday) to be called Opera 45. But I don't have a crystal ball to see what bugs will be fixed by then. If it's been mentioned here or in the corresponding blog post - that's all I can suggest between now and then.

Hi,

I noticed I can't send a GIF using the Facebook messenger in the side‑bar. If I try to do so, an erreur occur and I have to reload the messenger to see it again.

Neon was a concept browser, to show what they could do. It doesn't even import from regular Opera. Some of its features will make their way into a regular (or maybe portable) browser, but there won't even be any bug fixes for Neon.

So to have the bookmarks both in the bookmarks and in the speed dial, I have to copy it like I said above, right?

If you want it to be also in another bookmark folder other than Speed Dial then yes.

I've tried a few videos on IMDB and they all played fine, even with Flash disabled.

BTW, moving this to 'Beta and Developer'.
