@waels You can backup the extensions folder and install the extensions you want from there.

What a sh... China, Singapore all blocked - need to use European VPN to access plugins. Opera is really getting more and more sh... time for a change!

@ulkoalex - don't get the fraud warning - getting the run around with Opera GX wont get off the input name, just doesn't move off that page. this problem was reported in March 2022 too. Also matched the settings with 'regular' Opera - regular opera does work with Paypal logon. only GX is a problem now (but few months and years ago worked fine with PP

Just to confirm, the problem in this screenshot is the "ofill" that populates automatically after writing "aut"? Or the suggestions below?

I don't have that flag you mention either, I found several flags when searching for autofill, address bar or dropdown, but IDK if that behavior can be disabled now.
Replying so maybe someone else can provide more insight.

@zcherr The first things to try are incognito window and disabling all ad blocking, like Opera's internal one. As a last resort, you can try with Opera Portable.

Or if you know how to do it, you could also try opening the Developer Toolbar (Ctrl-Shift-I) to see if there are any errors under the Console tab, or what the login request is exactly getting back from the server under the Network tab.
