  @leocg Thnak U so much! It's function called "Show recent downlads in a pop-up window when downloading files". Pretty complicated for me, I was looking for something like "Turn off Easy Files" 🙂

  @viewerau You copy your Imported speed dials to the Speed dial folder (possibly after removing the sponsored speed dials that come with Opera first).. You can;t change which folder represents your home page, you change what is in that folder.

  @lotux Disabling it in settings should be enough, try resetting your settings.

  Maybe by going into "Privacy and Security" and disabling "Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar" is what you want and just turn the dang thing off?

  This can be locked. i forgot that i can reset Opera. This had resolved the CPU issue. Something i will keep in my mind for next time.
