Sounds like Opera is not updating properly. At the URL opera://about, it should show that you have 115.0.5322.68.

You might have to uninstall Opera, delete the install folder afterwards and reinstall Opera to fix it.

I just upgraded from a win10 thinkpad (p51) to a win11 one (e16). I have the same problem. It was fine on my p51. I'd love a solution.

I figured out what the problem was. Coincidentally, my page loading problem started as soon as I installed Kaspersky on my machine.

Apparently, the new Kaspersky update has a problem with Opera's VPN. To fix the problem, simply set opera.exe as a trusted application in your antivirus settings.

Kaspersky -> Settings -> Security settings -> Network Settings -> Configure trusted applications -> Add -> Select your opera.exe -> Check "Do not scan encrypted traffic" -> Click OK.

I just found the solution on Opera's reddit and it worked perfectly (: Hope it works for you too!

Try updating your region settings in Opera to the US. It should then default to the correct .com links...

@arthurtpaine adding Signal is not possible as this messenger do not support web interface *like Telegram). But you can add Bluesky as you want in sidebar. Check this post where I explained how to do it.

Maybe try Recovery ?

bump. my version is 99.0.4788.9. Here's a detailed description:

Sometimes, when I switch from one page (I'll call as one) to another page (which I'll call as two), the scrolling bar on "two" was from "one". To change it back into the normal "two" scrolling bar, you need to scroll up or down, or change tabs.

But for a first time you will need to use the scroll button at least.
