Scrolling bar uses the other bar from the other page

Everytime I switch the tabs from another page to the other page, the scrolling bar itself was from the previously visited page. The only way to fix was scrolling up/down or switching tabs (it may not work on a few tries). Can anyone describe this bug?

bump. my version is 99.0.4788.9. Here's a detailed description:
Sometimes, when I switch from one page (I'll call as one) to another page (which I'll call as two), the scrolling bar on "two" was from "one". To change it back into the normal "two" scrolling bar, you need to scroll up or down, or change tabs.
