I got booking.com added to my Speed Dial page today, also. I don't sweat it, though--I just delete it. This is one way that Opera is able to produce revenue and finance the production/maintenance of a terrific browser. Happy Independence Day to all my American patriots today! We are free--free to delete unwanted speed dial buttons and bookmarks--free to do even more important things, too!

RE: Can we please STOP adding spammy new entries in Speed Dial?Future releases
No big deal ... Opera can make money to pay their employees to continue making a very nice browser. We can delete the occasional added bookmark whenever we want! Carry on!

while offering the new sexy feature of searching open tabs
This sounds like an Opera shill performance. What's so sexy about searching open tabs? Unless one is a pervert, of course. I personally have never used it and try as I may, I cannot see any reason why I would search in open tabs instead of simply looking through them. And it's not only me. Several other people in this thread have stated that they find the search in open tabs feature absolutely useless.
I find myself searching for both open and closed tabs quite a bit. This is very useful. Thank you, Opera.

RE: Easy Setup buttonOpera for Windows
@tobysmith568 Perhaps, some people like to change their Setup fairly frequently ... I like to go from Light mode to Dark mode at night and then reverse that in the morning, for instance.

@treego So you need to search because you really dont know what, when and where did you open? How do you organize your real work or/and life? You must me in constant stress and chaos
I am not in constant stress or chaos at all. It's very simple to understand if one is reasonable enough to think about it. If one has many tabs open across multiple workspaces, the search is very handy. Think about it for awhile. It's very logical.

RE: No smooth scrolling in Opera?Opera for Windows
Try this extension. I think it works wonderfully: https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/smoothscroll-3/

@airforce25228 People, why are you keeping on flogging this dead horse? It should be obvious by now that whoever are developing Opera 1) have no idea what they are doing and 2) don't give a damn about their users. So just bury it and get a new one. Vivaldi looks worth giving it a try.
I think Opera's current implementation in Opera 71 is very nice with regards to being able to access recently closed tabs! Ctrl-Space -or- select the magnifying-glass icon at the upper right.
It's elegant and searchable. Wonderful!
