My broadband provider has an issue at network level with some of its settings.
It's not an Opera fault, but when I enable some extra provider settings, it stops Opera VPN working which they're working on.
Unfortunately at this time I can't use Opera VPN as I made some changes to check for my provider, restarted, and it wouldn't work for me.
I couldn't change network settings back to how they were as I found their site down for maintenance. Just my bad luck and bad timing.
It will be up again in a few hours so I can revert back and Opera VPN will work.
For me it's a network issue, not an Opera issue.
Using Windows10 latest version with Opera Stable v54.0.2952.64
