So why do Chrome devs care more about Opera Air users' requests?

@Mlipka I tried using Opera Air for couple of hours, it's simply unusable, I know you have put a lot of work but but without organization tool such as tab islands it doesn't work - it can be just one color black or white, also no active tab indicator? why take away useful functions from opera one just for sake of minimalism

@Mlipka At this point you spend more time explaining people why tab islands organizational structure goes against Opera air aesthetics , than it would take to deploy the function

Opera GX has a flag to activate tab islands why can't you implement this flag that has 20 000 views on opera forum , which is used >1% users so in reality lot more desire this function

@leocg so people who take their time of the day and post here aren't voicing wider user base's wish regarding to feature to organize tabs? Opera Air was suppose to be organization and simplicity. tab islands should have singular color white or gray

@leocg Interesting, how come Tab Islands is the second most requested feature after Dark Mode? and after dark ambient implementation it's the number 1 most requested feature with 22K views, what is the point of this forum or opera blog if developers spend more time explaining why the feature isn't gonna be implemented than time it would take to integrate a flag to activate a function

I mean it would take less time to deploy the Flag for tab islands than answering all the users who asked for the feature
