@flic try this - O menu - Advance - in right pane scroll down to - User interface - turn slider switch off for option called > Scroll to the top of the page by clicking the active tab

Keep in mind, your second example won't work. They would find the apostrophe and stop there. So when you ask how hard can it be - you already proved that.
