I have the same issue. Maybe it is somehow related to synchronization, I've got loading screen all the time:

I've tried it in the developer version and after some time it froze for a second (not permanently) but synchronization was successful.

Main issue for me, despite instability, is that my home browser and work browser workspaces synced. I meant, I use different layouts and different groups for work and home. It would be great to stop syncing this particular thing.

With this options Opera could be the most beautiful web browser. Now it's casual and average.

Problems:

If it will, there is no sense to scale speed dial so there is no sense to use themes even more, cause they are being covered by huge speed dial cells!

Not sure if you tried with high opacity settings pages to see theme also there, could be nice option too.

Still no chance for spaces between speed dial cells? Or opaque cells to better organize them?

We have new computers in one of our laboratories at University. Our leader wants to install Chrome but I want to convince him to install Opera instead.

Other solution is to just instal Windows Media Player on the computer.

When I open any tab, settings, anything in Opera, the tab is blank and tab's title is saying "Loading... ". Even speeddial is not opening. Tried to reinstall, but still same problem.
I'm not sure when it occurred, cause I was on holidays for a week but computer was working.

In Opera 12 there was a function that when you wanted to move back pages load from memory instead of refreshing. I was used to so much and even today, year after moved to ChrOpera, still trying to use this function, e.g. deleting messages and trying to go back to it when they already gone. I have no idea what is the name of it. Can I enable it on O27?

Because Vivaldi is based on HTML5, does it mean that hardware acclereation of HTML5 can rise Vivaldi performance very high?

Instead of lips I see square. I really like Lenny Faces but they work only on Firezzila and Chrogle

Everytime when some item use flash player, the flash player is not running and I have to click to start it. I've got option: run automatically in settings in both Opera 25 and Opera Dev

This has already been discussed a lot and i don't think it will change as Ctrl + Shift + T is the default keyboard shortcut for reopen last closed tab on all major browsers nowadays. Have a different one would only turn things difficult for the ones coming from other browsers.

I think we should compare to better one not worse. In addition Opera was loved for that otherness from other browsers and it's still better key binding
