Did you know what Opera sync (Old Opera Link) system requirements & time synchronization (comport internet speed, etc) with data transfer scale (~~ n amount of bookmarks, password,tabs, settings, etc)?

After upgrade compuer system to macos high sierra and update opera (see below)
I CAN'T CLICK TO: tabs, links, buttons AT ONCE!
It takes two or more click after opera recognize this click.
In other broswers evrything it's ok! (safari,chrome,firefox)
But opera is my favorite browser.

that's all it does. was hoping sync would be like sync in chrome where everything is saved online, then when you sign in at a new location the browsers is restored completely. all of the above plus extensions.

Also seeing those crashes/restarts here on both an iPhone 6S Plus and iPhone SE but only when deleting speed dial folders.

Upgrading to 16.0.3 also restored all of the default speed dials that I had previously deleted. It would be nice if an upgrade/update could honour all of my speed dial preferences and not reinstall the default set each time.

thought i'd tryout the 49 developer because of being able to rearrange the extension buttons on the address bar, but to my surprise when i go to sync very little is copied over from the stable channel. is there anyway to copy my complete profile over from 47 to 49? thanks

I have developed a problem over the past 2 or 3 weeks regarding Opera Mail (sorry, I cannot find a forum specific to mail). When I attempt to open Opera Mail, I get the following error and the program then asks about sending an error log to technical people (I have), then the program asks if I want to restart or close. I pick restart, and the error repeats itself. I cannot access the program at all anymore. Any ideas?:

A little more information might be needed such as which device you are using. Perhaps submit a formal bug report so that the developers have a little more information to work with.

Opera Mini is working fine here on both an iPhone SE and 6S Plus which both updated to iOS 11 without any noticeable problems.

I'm also very disappointed to see so much unwanted news when I start the latest release. I have more appropriate apps installed for news reading. When out with my mobile phone I tend to want easy access to a small number of websites, forums, blogs etc. A speed dial style start up page is all I need. I'm already looking forward to the next release which hopefully will take into consideration the adverse feedback about this matter which I'm seeing posted here and on the App Store.

He realizado varias pruebas de velocidad con el test que Opera lleva incorporado y siempre me sale que tarda menos en cargar una pgina con publicidad que sin publicidad. No deberia ser al reves? A alguien mas le ocurre lo mismo?

I have been using Chrome and the sync works there smoothly. I missed Opera and gave it a try.

The only option that is missing is the synchronization. It says that I need to log in on each of my device. It should sync automatically then. I use Windows 10 at work, at home (laptop and desktop), Android 8.0. None of them sync with each other. Is the sync sever down or something? Please help, I would really like to come back to Opera and leave Chrome. I mean it.

I was using opera developer on win10 where there is the same syncing problems

Had to install the regular version of opera to be able to sync from my pc

Luckily there is a way to manualy export/import bookmarks and passwords (after flagging opera://flags#password-import-export) in the windows version so we can manually sync (which personally I way prefer above "cloud syncing")

I would like to know if there is a manual way to import bookmarks/passwords in the android app.

There's no doubt that Opera Mini is one of the best browsers for mobile. However, it needs a few improvements to how pages are saved for offline use. Improvements include things such as more sorting options (sorting pages by order manually, by save date, etc.), or an even better feature which is similar to what is included in the bookmarks menu which is the ability to create folders and sort saved pages into those folders.
In short, making saved pages menu more similar to bookmarks menu would make a large difference, making it more organized. I'd be very grateful if the team behind Opera browser would do it for Opera Mini.
I also hope that this is the place where the Opera team would respond to feedback from users, as I'm relatively new here. I just signed up.
