Have options other than Google for the Speed Dial search bar. (Bing, Duck Duck Go, Yahoo, etc)
Be able to edit the Speed Dial thumbnails with custom pictures, either on a local drive or adding a URL.

That would be nice. I removed the search bar from there because I do not want to use Google. I put links to other search engines into the speed dial instead.
