yeah my friends tab does the same thing. not sure it ever worked

Before there was that option, until another browser (whose company made an alliance with Opera a long time ago) has it.

@zalex108 I believe it was related to me having a two monitor setup with different font scalings on both. The visual annoyance is gone if the scaling is the same on both monitors.

When comparing the usefulness of Opera bookmarks menu with other browsers, I find that Opera's bookmarks are unnecessarily buried one level deeper than they should. ...

So... shouldn't this thread title read: 'Bookmarks menu needs to be one folder level shallower'?

Well, using FF browser I was able to play media (hi res) files on another location than that browser. Reported savings got out of charts like in x20 using my old Nexus S.

Never mind. It does look like something is wrong with my network as I can open the link when on my cellular data connection. Thanks for your help.
