Dark pages exceptions list not found in "Privacy and Security" settings

Hello,

I expect Dark Pages exception list to be found in Opera Settings, but it is only accessible via Easy Setup Side Panel through Configuration link under Force Dark Pages option. The link takes you to what looks like "Force dark pages" section of "Privacy and Security" settings, but if you actually go to "Privacy and Security" settings via Opera Settings, you won't find "Force dark pages" section.
