Improved UI positioning of Download popup in Split Screen

Here the Extensions popup is misplaced a bit in default mode during many builds already (in Stable also). The right border is cut.

"Enabled new feature -> Volume Booster, it allows you to increase or decrease the audio directly from the tab. Just hover over the tab’s tooltip for the playing sound to see it in action."

@KenedSF I'd better prefer the universal toolbar's popup (Media center) like in Chrome/Edge so is no need to search or remember tabs playing sound currently (especially if there are many tabs open or tab is inside other workspace or collapsed island).

The con (quite significant) of the popup that there's no sound control so after implementing the volume controls it'd be ideal solution.

It would be great, if possible, to store the volume levels for different sites.
