@kamil7165 Spaces in URLs should be replaced with %20 or + depending on where the spaces are at as URLs are supposed to be percent-encoded and should not contain raw spaces. I have a feeling the percent-encoding has nothing to do with some page not loading.

It really sounds like your Opera and or your system is really messed up. How does Opera behave in a test standalone installation? With DNS over HTTPS enabled at the URL opera://settings/system?

1. The shortcut will be changed shortly because of change in some feature.
2. Do you have any example? Is it for some specific sites or happens randomly?
3. Never had this issue, do you have examples of pages?
4. I will check it. Do you mean restoring Opera after crash or when you just close it by ex. O-menu -> Exit?
5. Please share more details, I don't really know what is the issue here any example?
6. Longer means how much time approximately?

1. I already have found that the shortcuts' settings has changed and no shortcut was assigned to file opening option. I typed ctrl+l in relevant settings option and it works for me again. Maybe that's due to recent updates, I don't know.
2. It happens randomly. I noticed that it looks like page is loading then after a moment, maybe after second or two, opera goes back to speed dial and gives up page loading.
3. It's random and this issue is present for last couple of months, I can't say exactly the first time I noticed it.
4. It happens when I close it as it should be closed. Right mouse click on running Opera icon -> Close all windows.
5. Even though I am aware of some sites I have visited, the list of history entires I see after pressing ctrl+h shortcut is incomplete. Sometimes significant amount of history is missing. Additionally some pages with saved URLs in history list cannot be found when typed name/title of these pages. I haven't notice any pattern.
6. Usually after couple hours of displaying some pages but I should be more precise here - this issue is something that usually occurs in case of youtube though not exclusively. Sometimes this issue occurs even immediately after youtube page load and it can even occur when playing youtube video in background. Opera reserves in such issue occurenece a lot of memory and killing tab's process followed by page reloading causes that during second youtube page loading the amount of RAM allocated is much lower.
   *All the above issues are random so the most difficult to solve by developers and that's why I mentioned that it would be better to focus on stability.

Opera made some changes.

At the URL opera://settings/keyboardShortcuts, ctrl + O is no longer assigned to the "Open file" command by default because when the "Opera AI" flag is enabled at the URL opera://flags/#ai-chat-in-side-panel, ctrl + O gets assigned to the "Open and close AI Chat in the Side Panel" command by default.

So, in short, to restore things back to how they used to be, you'll want to remove ctrl + O from the "Open and close AI Chat in the Side Panel" command if enabled (not a big deal because ctrl + / is still assigned to it that you can use) and add ctrl + O to the "Open file" command.
