Is there any possibility to back to old behaviour of this function via settings?

RE: Opera 64.0.3417.61 Stable updateBlogs
I am not sure if it is web page issue or I found memory leak which consumes whole RAM until my PC (Windows 7 64-bit become unresponsive). Can somebody please confirm that? The problem occurs on the following page:
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7575077/Horror-lab-monkeys-strapped-harnesses-faces-closure-German-inspectors-raid.html
PS. Ads blocking was disabled in my case, otherwise this page will not display properly.

RE: Opera 124 StableBlogs
- I already have found that the shortcuts' settings has changed and no shortcut was assigned to file opening option. I typed ctrl+l in relevant settings option and it works for me again. Maybe that's due to recent updates, I don't know.
- It happens randomly. I noticed that it looks like page is loading then after a moment, maybe after second or two, opera goes back to speed dial and gives up page loading.
- It's random and this issue is present for last couple of months, I can't say exactly the first time I noticed it.
- It happens when I close it as it should be closed. Right mouse click on running Opera icon -> Close all windows.
- Even though I am aware of some sites I have visited, the list of history entires I see after pressing ctrl+h shortcut is incomplete. Sometimes significant amount of history is missing. Additionally some pages with saved URLs in history list cannot be found when typed name/title of these pages. I haven't notice any pattern.
- Usually after couple hours of displaying some pages but I should be more precise here - this issue is something that usually occurs in case of youtube though not exclusively. Sometimes this issue occurs even immediately after youtube page load and it can even occur when playing youtube video in background. Opera reserves in such issue occurenece a lot of memory and killing tab's process followed by page reloading causes that during second youtube page loading the amount of RAM allocated is much lower.
*All the above issues are random so the most difficult to solve by developers and that's why I mentioned that it would be better to focus on stability.

RE: Opera 124 StableBlogs
@opera-qa-team: This is random behaviour. Sometimes for some phrases containing spaces it can occur but immediate second attempt of search with the same phrase is usually successful. I don't see any pattern. Maybe speed of typing plays some role there, it seems to me that faster typing and confirming by pressing enter increases the possibility of such issue occurence.
Edit: I have just opened new window (ctrl+n) and typed exemplary phrase "opera issue" (without quotation marks) and the space is replaced with %20 again. -
RE: Opera 124 StableBlogs
- Searching via address/URL bar for phrases starting with the letter "w" often redirects to Wikipedia even though searched phrase has nothing to do with Wikipedia.

RE: Opera 124 StableBlogs
- Spaces in URL bar are still frequently replaced with %20. Old reddit thread mentions the same issue:
https://old.reddit.com/r/operabrowser/comments/ggtgro/opera_browser_search_bar_problem/
Users are simply tired with all these bugs.

RE: Opera 124 StableBlogs
- Opening through ctrl+o doesn't work anymore.
- Going to page via URL frequently leads to page load failure, many often times it is required to press enter second time after first page loading attempt.
- Auto filling of URL caues similar issues as in point 2, it is frequently required to confirm URL twice. It looks like opera prompts (displays in blue) full address but hitting enter causes that only typed part of URL is used.
- Restoring multiple windows after opera restart often restores incorrect windows - with older tabls than closed last time.
- History disappears and/or cannot be browsed successfully.
- Longer usage causes high CPU and RAM consumption (memleak?) and it is required to kill some tab's processes and load the same page once again.
Would be better to focus on stability more than on introduction of new unused features.

PiP window is jumping, at least on youtube. If you move the PiP window that it is partially hidden (is located partially beyond screen), then after a couple of minutes it changes its location.

RE: Opera 88.0.4412.40 Stable updateBlogs
I found a bug. If I turn off second screen in my laptop (the external one) and switch to single screen (the on that is built in my laptop), then opera reopens. BTW, this occurs when external screen works as main screen when connected, I don't know what happens in other cases.

RE: Opera 87 StableBlogs
@leocg: The issue I observed is way more random and similar but not the same. Anyway I'll wait for 88 version and check if that will help.

RE: Opera 87 StableBlogs
There is a bug connected with history. If you close Opera and reopen it, then sometimes it either not open tabs that were opened just before closing (I can see only speed dial) or ot opens tabs that were opened in the past but not just before last time closing. It happens to me circa once per week. Browsing in incognito mode and closing incognito window also has impact on the tabs in non-incognito mode and it can cause such improper behaviour in non-incognito window.
