@gmiazga, it seems to help here. I didn't have another crash or fade out within the last 15 hours.

@gmiazga: Can confirm. Before disabling opera://flags/#ui-compositor-multithreaded I had very frequent crashes, often while browsing reddit. After disabling the flag I had no more crashes.

I've seen this reported already, but the "Open in workspace" menu is still shown in speed dial entries even if the workspaces feature is disabled. Not the end of the world but it would be more polished if the option was hidden.

Opera Sync with master password does not work properly. There is no opportunity to enter the master pw.

@xantares So you've enabled the use of a passphrase to encrypt your synced data but when you go to Menu > synchronize (or click on your avatar in the top right), you are not asked to provide your passphrase and the synchronization doesn't happen?
