Please put back some way to disable the "fast-tab-tooltip".

I browse with a lot of tabs open and the moment the mouse cursor touches the tabs a menu appears covering the entire height of the screen. It then follows the mouse cursor as move it laterally.

This is irritating!

I believe I found a bug:

1. Open opera://flags#vpn-pro
2. Change from Default[E] to Disabled

Trying to open Settings will result in a blank page. Revert the flag from Disabled to Default[E] and Settings opens again.

@spike666: I can't access the following sites, unless I bypass the security warning:

They all use a certificate issued by MULTICERT SSL. The page information states the certificate is invalid, but the Certificate Status is "OK" in certificate properties states

@pclaudel1: It's fixed on 75.0.3960.0. Thank goodness, It was driving me nuts...!
