Really cool feature!
But... I don't see it anywhere in Opera 95.0.4632.0 dev on Ubuntu 22.10.
Why so?
How do I turn it on?

Just like we can hide the pop-out button when we disable that option, imo it would make sense the Lucid Mode mouseover-button to be hidden when we disable it in Settings.

Maybe add the ability to enable/disable Lucid Mode in the gear icon in the video pop out?

My proposals for changes in Opera (Google Document).
- There are not enough signs to put all the links here.

I think it'd be enough to have only the icon (stars) on video instead of the big button with text.

Cool and with all the other Chromium browsers on 108 and you stuck on 107.0.5304.122. Are you going to release a security fix for CVE-2022-4262, you know the zero day from 12 DAYS AGO!??

P.S. There were 8 more fixes in 108.0.5359.124 released yesterday. I also wonder how many of those affect you:

I hope that among these upgrades we will have:
_multiple picture-in-picture;
_access to speed-dial through the enhanced address bar.
