Fix the black text of SD tiles on some wallpapers
I'm using this 'Blue' wallpaper by Opera software > https://addons.opera.com/en/wallpapers/details/blue-5/
and the text is hardly readable

New portion of bugs of the 'redesigned' SD page.

1. The add site tile is draggable
   
2. After the dragging [+] tile disappears or Opera crashes

The same story is with [+] tile in folders.

@andrew84: refers to the light mode. In dark theme the text looks as a normal white.

In this build the tiles graphic looks more or less fixed (tile is filled with color), but...

On browser start I can see empty icons for a moment

After refreshing the page tiles can change their colors

*regarding the youtube tile. I removed the tile and created new. But this time I can't see the solid red tile anymore. In heart menu I see the correct icon

but on SD page the tile always looks like this

Weird autohide sidebar detection. It appears once without touching the visible part. After revisiting or refreshing page it appears again once.
Also in Stable.

*I thought I accidentally touch it sometimes, but actually it can be annoying in the case of a bug.

If I want to change an entry for allowed cookies, I can't set there whether third-party cookies should also be allowed (or later forbidden again). I then have to delete the whole entry and create a new one. I think that should be simplified.
