Add the option of manually inserting new search engine in Opera Android Browser

Just as it is possible in the desktop version of Opera, where the user can add other search engines besides the traditional Google, Bing, DuckDuckgo, Yahoo,… This feature should also exist in Opera Android App and Opera Mini, because in the Android version only It is possible to use one of the search engines that are already pre-registered by Opera team.

Please add the possibility of adding an external search engine.

@johnbrook You can add search engines in Android - I don't use Mini and can't say about it. But in Android you can long-press on any search field and the pop-up menu will say Add search engine. You'll need to see if Mini does something similar.
