On macOS there is something wrong on all 3 streams with the signing of the app, might have to due with a broken notarization
Why Open the Web?
Despite the connecting purpose of the Web, it is not entirely open to all of its users.
When used correctly, HTML documents can be displayed across platforms and devices.
However, many devices are excluded access to Web content. -

Great update. It restarted my browser with zero pinned tabs and I lost my session. Any idea how to recover it? Since this was an update of Opera, could it be possible not to mess up my workspace? I tried checking the recently closed tabs, but obviously, that only looks at the tabs of the window. I tried to check the Session file, however, that was rewritten by my foolish trust into believing that closing the informative window about the update will not rewrite my workspace. What now? Is it lost forever with nothing you could do? If so. Please make another update that handles session history, or make a main default session with periodical updates. This is not the first time this has happened.

Bug reported with Opera 84, previous version. Opera crashes when trying to drag a tab for bookmarking to a the list on a drop down folder residing on the Bookmarks Bar. Please fix this, this happens on both of my laptops, Windows 7 Pro...each install on the 2 laptops are completely different with different bookmarks. This also happen on a new installation, so bookmarks nor extensions are the cause.

The AdBlock function now blocks everything and does not accept exceptions, some sites where I had disabled the function Now no longer recognizes the setting and the site continues to detect to disable AdBlock. Can you restore? Some are sites where advertising does not interfere with the view of the page or (for example Pixel Federation) does not allow the loading of videos (inoquis) to collect the prizes. Thank you.
Translated with Google. I pang a suggestion, provide multilingual support would be a good idea to make you appreciate further -

Why does every opera update make it more cluttered and less functional? Why can I no longer disable Fast Tab Tooltips??? It's such an annoying and pointless feature that keeps getting in the way! Please provide an option to disable these hover card list things.

Please give us back some way to disable the Tab Tooltips, that's a feature that is useless for me that only blocks the view of whatever I'm currently watching. There isn't also any flag that seems related to it to disable it.
Additionally, anyone knows where do they take their feedback from? Getting tired of features that are suppose to make it better to browse, but just feel like a new hindrance I gotta find a workaround as to not deal with it every time.

@uaso: Also, any way to get back the old audio indicator or to disable the current one being visible all the time? feels like Tab Tooltips are the workaround for Audio Indicator displacing the website's name, but for the way I use rather than a fix for a problem that was just added seems like I was now given two problems with no way to disable both.

"Thanks" to your update 84 I have the problem with audio indicator again. I can not close the tabs playing videos (I have about 150 tabs opened). This time I can not disable it via flag #static-tab-audio-indicator (you deleted it).
But I solved it. I forbid to update Opera forever. I have only red Menu icon on the top-left corner, but it makes me not so much problems as your audio indicator. I hope, my Opera will be not necessary to update for years any more. -

P.S.: Of course I needed to find Opera version 82, download and install. I can not understand, why you force people to stay rather by older version then to offer people disable #static-tab-audio-indicator. But OK, your choice. I stay by version 82.

@petrkubat1979 Finding old versions is simple. Keeping them from updating can be challenging. Old versions can be found on the downloads site or the old FTP site http://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/desktop/
