background noise while and after playing videos

I have a white noise in the background whenever i open GX, usually it starts when the browser opens or whenever a video starts. I've seen some topics and solutions but didn't worked for me, disabling the browser sounds etc.

@tulpar9 Be more specific about what you tried ... is background music enabled? What about the sidebar media player?

@sgunhouse i am not that rookie bro, i know what can cause this problem as good as someone who knows how to use computer to at least guess what it is. Sidebar music player is off, i haven't even logged in there. Background music is off, i don't even used that ever. As i said, It starts whenever i play a video and it goes off after a while if i pause the video. Sometimes it starts when i open the browser and doesn't go off until i close it. And sometimes it doesn't appear, i can't understand what causes this. There is no 3rd party program or plugin, there isn't a problem for my headset. I don't know.
