The mess with too thin font on Settings page is now in Beta and in Developer.
For example
Make it bold everywhere, like it was previously! How many times is need to report one the same thing.. -

What do you do?!Confirmed it wont scroll, went to Beta as "64.0.3417.61" delayed the Speed Dial at startup

In the Simple Settings panel, clicking the Go to Browser Settings button does not automatically close the panel when you go to the settings page(This problem is also present on the stable Opera 64.0.3417.61)
Why when you click on the "bookmarks" button that are located on the sidebar, a separate page of bookmarks opens?
In Opera Developer 65 bookmarks were already opened in the sliding panel
It is necessary to include the flag and testopera://flags/#bookmarks-panel -
