@mgeffro Working sync as expected now. And doubled categorize is fixed. Everything is clear and working. Thanks a lot for support and attention.

@rejzor It seems to be working for everyone now. How's it working for you? (You can try with a new profile if you already imported your bookmarks manually and syncing still doesn't work. Or, you can try in a standalone installation which will have a new profile).

@endlessfx After swapping to 1803 version have exactly the same problem. Tried to install Opera developer, beta, stable, none of them sync bookmarks.

Had to reset my sync data yet again because the duplicated bookmarks folder issue happened again. I'm not sure if that was before the fix or not since I didn't notice the double folders until yesterday. So far there's no double folders, but with sync's track record, I don't really trust the duplication bug not to come back.
@haxanus Windows 10 build 1803 (aka spring Creators Update) doesn't exactly play well with Opera in general. With me, sync had messed with flash after the repair shop installed 1803 onto my laptop so now I have to use an addon inorder to get flash to work. Also it causes Opera to load pages slower than any other browser to the point that I would get page could not be loaded error pages more often than I ever did before being slapped with 1803.

@mgeffro I just realize that extensions are not sync on opera. Is this normal?
