<![CDATA[Opera Sync isn't syncing bookmarks]]>I just reinstalled my Debian based OS and updated laset Opera v55.0.2994.44. After that, i logged in to the opera and used my pass for sync but my opera don't sync. On the other hand, i have all data on the cloud ( https://sync.opera.com/web/ )

Something went wrong, is that why i have doubled categorize at last picture?

I'm not sure if that was before the fix or not since I didn't notice the double folders until yesterday. So far there's no double folders, but with sync's track record, I don't really trust the duplication bug not to come back.

@haxanus Windows 10 build 1803 (aka spring Creators Update) doesn't exactly play well with Opera in general. With me, sync had messed with flash after the repair shop installed 1803 onto my laptop so now I have to use an addon inorder to get flash to work. Also it causes Opera to load pages slower than any other browser to the point that I would get page could not be loaded error pages more often than I ever did before being slapped with 1803.

Tried to install Opera developer, beta, stable, none of them sync bookmarks.

How's it working for you? (You can try with a new profile if you already imported your bookmarks manually and syncing still doesn't work. Or, you can try in a standalone installation which will have a new profile).

Current fix is live now and confirmed to be working. If anyone is still experiencing any problems logout and login to sync again should help.

Apparently initial fix for id's wasn't working properly and we done another fixup to this. This second fix for missing bookmarks was triggered manually for @msb and @berrram accounts. @berrram could you try to log out of sync and log in again to confirm that bookmarks appear for you again? If you can confirm this works this fix will be triggered for all users.

When I reopened both browsers, everything was working fine and the duplicate bookmarks did not come back. I would only do this if you have a bookmarks backup or already have bookmarks on either of your browsers otherwise you'll wind up with no bookmarks whatsoever.
