thanks jackob11, for the heads-up about the return of the omnibar nonsense in 107915. i'll stay with 107487 and won't update to that kind of crap.
looking at all this malarkey one comes to think whether google money is going to opera in return for access to user data and that this is also influencing the browser design. so we won't have a seperate adress field, another default search engine or a transparent cookie management away from google's eyes.

For the past few days, i can't open facebook using opera mini. It always shows i:/error/unsupported.html which is so frustrating because i use my facebook account mostly for educational purpose. Pls something should be done ASAP

Bring back the separated search bar in the next release of Opera Mini
What did it do, you could open links in new tabs? If that's the case I'm not sure if it is worth it taking much space from the address bar on smartphones just for having that. Maybe it's more suited for tablets?

For those who experience i:/error/unsupported.html, just turn off extreme mode in setting-data saving.
Until opera mini fix that things up, we can only do that for fhe temporary work around.

Actually if there is a separated search bar I can search directly from Google in other language. I don't need to enter google.com then type in the search bar. And from address bar, You just can't search anything in other language. All that the search bar do, make our stuffs easy.

In feeds I'm getting the error "Storage server is offline"
It's curious that when this happens, the default icons appear (again) in the speed dial (sports, Wikipedia, etc). A bit annoying... -

We've pushed another beta to Google Play. We focused on fixing bugs in this beta. U.S. and Indonesia NewsFeed feature has been improved a lot in this version.

After a while eventually the team decided to switch back to the previous omnibar. Sadly I actually getting used to be greeted with the page URL and type over and over again with slight variations to search (meaning I already lose hope for search text retainment). At the current state I don't even care whether it separated or not. Unless it be like v7 search bar I won't give a damn.
Another better design from v7 is the O menu which incorporate button style in grid view. I hope the new Mini also use it and put 'find in page' and 'share' back to it.
And also I hope that the theme also change the colour of navigation bar, O menu and settings background.

Another issue in High Saving :
-Recently when trying to access m.facebook.com it give "too many redirect" error page.
Contender Issues :
-Still cannot add search engine and select link text.Suggestions :
-add User Agent option.
-add 'select text' and 'share' options on link long press.
-add 'copy', 'paste' and 'add search engine' options on textbox long press.
-add custom rotation options : 'portrait' and 'auto landscape'.
-my previous post. -

updated to 108082.
all running well, but omnibar nonsense with google sniffing for user data plus useless news snippets wasting data rate and bandwidth.
opera should know that user trust in privacy protection is an asset, not a liability to be sold off to the highest bidder. -

Opera Mini beta 19.0.2254.108082
Crushing on my device frequently.
And missing the separated search bar.
And the file downloading feature needs improvement.
Currently I'm trying to download a movie file (approx 1.3GB) file but it failed to download due to slow downloading speed. Moreover, can't able to resume. -

updated to 108082 and will go back to 107487.
opera is spamming my speed dials with unwanted entries for avertising sites, even respawning deleted entries after restarting.
wasting data and bandwidth on unwanted and useless newsfeeds.
offering pointless suggestions towards commercial sites (some won't allow access for ad-blocking browsers, heheh).
no separated adress and search bar.didn't crash, working video playback using tubemate and no download problems on a slow but steady connection.
