Once my most favorite browser was Opera Mini. But since opera mini developers creates more & more problems with opera mini; rather than fixing bugs, improving it & developers doesn't care about users at all I hate Opera Mini so much.
And now I give up using Opera Mini. For file downloading purpose I've 'ADM Pro' download manager & for regular web browsing + streaming I've 'Brave Browser'.
Opera Mini Sucks miserably.....
It's a terrible poor browser & after it got purchased by dumb Chinese company it's being worsen every single day. Now Opera Mini collects users data, steal user data & send those data to poor Chinese. And Opera involves in shady business.
Go to Hell.......
I also face this kind of ad showing problem.
Ads are annoying !!!!
I turned off "Lock Screen News" also turned off "Start Page Content" and turned off "News Notification"
But still I'm getting those annoying news ads.

And this poor adblocking issue was reported to Opera at least 2 years ago back then. But Opera developers doesn't give a s***t. They simply don't care. Maybe because Opera becomes a poor chinese ad company now. Because the company is owned by poor chinese.
Opera for Android, Opera Mini, Opera for Desktop all suffer this ad blocking issue.
Font Problem is solved in the next update of beta.
But still there's "Video Boost" option missing.
Opera Mini has so many problems. Day by day it's getting worse.
Now it's bloated with totally dumb unnecessary feature like 'File Sharing'.
Can't able to block any single ad via Automatic & High saving mode and yet they claim it's an ad blocking browser.
Has frequent page loading problem.
In PC version of Opera there has an option to render webpages as per user's selected font. Like customize Serif & Sens-Serif font to render the webpages with those selected fonts.
But here in on android version there has no feature like this. And I don't like default font (Noto Sans) which was set & pre-defined by Google. Webpages seems ugly when it's rendered based on this font.
There's a browser named UC Mini that can use any font to render the webpages. If I place any font in the browser created storage (place a font in the browser created font folder) then all the webpages can use & utilize the font, and render webpages by that following font.
So, I request to the Developer team that consider to add a feature where we can use our own choosen font & webpages can render based on the customized font as like the PC version of Opera.

It's a problem from Opera's side. Opera's Ad blocker is totally broken.
I use Opera Mini too. In there, Opera Mini can not able to block any single ad though I've turned ON Ad blocker (In Automatic/High mode) And now this ad blocking problem seems on Opera browser too. This problem is everywhere.. & Opera's developers are sleeping as usual. Bugs & Problems are not a concern for them.
I wonder, all of a sudden the developers will wake up from sleep then will announce some Design changing, User Interface, Icon, Color changing s**t in the next version release of their browser instead of problem & bug fixing and optimization. 
Facing problem on Facebook using Opera Mini.
In "High Mode" on Facebook. If I press top right side button then that 'Facebook Setting' page doesn't come up. Moreover, I can't go to my Timeline, Can't go to Facebook Account settings.
After pressing that button Opera Mini just stuck & can't load that following page.
in Extreme mode its OK.
But while in Extreme mode, I can't able to share any YouTube videos from YouTube to Facebook. From YouTube website If I share any Video to Facebook It ends with an Error Message.
Day by day, Opera Mini becomes a piece of shit..
Fix those problems ASAP.
N.B- I'm on Samsung Galaxy J7 (Android 5.1.1) Using both latest Opera Mini 30 & beta 31 on 3G (HSPA+) network connection.

Hey, I've some words to say.
Previous version (7.6) Old Opera Mini has one useful copy-paste system that is still new Opera Mini has missing that features.
It's the Dialogue Box Copy system.
Here it is:-
I don't think Opera Mini developers are willing to add this feature. "Saved Pages Backup & Restore" feature is really helpful.
People like us, who saved more than hundred of pages are suffering from this..
Also "Website to PDF" feature is also needed.
Whatever, Now I try to keep less saved pages.
Better be, I should use UC Browser instead.

Why Opera doesn't provide more options from opera://flags ???????
In all other Chromium browser a whole list of Flags menu is available. But Opera provides only 3 or 4 options at best. Why??????
Add more options & Let us customize the browser as per our choice.
@leocu You should use "Tor Browser" then. In the Tor network all your activities will be hidden. It is the best way so far. It's available on all platforms.
Else, you can try some free VPN. But beware most of the free VPN are actually crap. The only VPN I'd recommend are "ProtonVPN" or "IVPN" or "Mullvud VPN". These all are reputated. ProtonVPN offers free servers but these are slow. I'd prefer Proton as first choice.
But still the best way you can go for is using the "Tor Browser".
Opera Mini take hell lot of time at startup to load the Opera Mini.

Picture 3:- My final interface, fully loaded all the speed dials. (After a lot of time, Opera Mini can be usable).
I'm using latest Opera Mini 61 on Android 8.1
Re-installing Opera Mini doesn't solve the problem.

There has no single way to stop Full Screen Interstitital ad in Opera Mini.
Opera Devs forced us to this ad.

Yes, that's what I mean.
Now Opera Mini can't do it.
Everytime I tried to take a snapshot in incognito mode it shows an error with 'The app I use (means Opera Mini) forbade the screenshot capture.
Without incognito mode, it's fine & working as usual.
In previous Opera Mini can take screenshots in Private/Incognito mode. But not anymore. I browse Private/Incognito mode a lot & I also need to take screenshot in incognito mode too.
Can you guys tell how to take snapshot in Private/Incognito mode??
If there's no way then I'd request to the developer to bring the feature back.

Yes, Owned by Chinese.
And these poor Chinese companies have a very good reputation to track & profiling users and store user data to serve them to Chinese Govt. Even sell user data with ad publishers and also bombered users with annoying ads everywhere.
Just like once upon a time a very good reputed company named Opera now becomes an ad showing company who tracks user data.
