I'm just testing escaping minus sign in user nick because when addressing to him/her with @ , minus sign breaks the code and user doesn't get notifiededit:
...well, it didn't worked
I was putting \ in front of the minus... no good
anyone know how to fix this? -

It's been already covered in the "formatting" and "bugs" threads. :bandit:

@joshl
can you link post?
Only (similar) to this was list items with dash, but not user nicknames (in formatting thread) -

I know I saw some post showing a solution to this, but I can't find it
A solution for this is to get those site developers, kick their arses and make them do something.

There's only a small problem with that solution... It's impossible. :rip:

Do you expect everyone to use it? :doh:
I don't think so.Workarounds might be good, but... This is, however working, a complicated crutch, let the devs just write it into the Forums' code, will we? :lol:

@l33t4opera: Thanks, I knew I saw it somewhere However, will that also trigger a notification to that user?
