restore the 'scroll to top' feature's functional (2nd click on tab) and fix the the bug (3 years old )while moving tabs. The 2nd click is even more critical. Stop killing the well known and working unique features.

restore the option to delete themes in EasySetup like before. Currently the EasySetup's carousel = see all themes popup. Removing the option to have duplicated Classic themes is also defies explanation
