@girlswithguitars What are you talking about? Put spaces where? When?

Are you talking about your credit card number in a payment method at the URL opera://settings/payments? Is Opera force the number to have spaces in it there or just when it autofills a form field? Can you edit the number in the payment method and remove the spaces?

@girlswithguitars Log in? I would expect Opera to treat it like any other login field rather than a paypent method - check under Passwords in Settings.

@leocg What part of "why does opera put spaces between my bank card numbers?" aren't you getting? I can't make it any plainer than that!!
On my bank website, I type in my card number/password, and automatically spaces appear every 4 numbers, (it never did this before) the bank website then gives me an error msg, and I'm unable to log into my bank.
@sgunhouse It does not, my password inserts as supposed to.
@burnout426 I don't use auto fill. The spaces are forced/automatically inserted as I type. This is new. No, I can't remove the spaces (see original post)

@girlswithguitars OK, so it happens when you type your card number on the bank page.
And it happens only in Opera? How it behaves in other browsers?

@girlswithguitars My point was - and still remains - that login data includes both username and password. Hence you need to check what username is saved for that site and remove the spaces there.

@girlswithguitars said in Spaces in bank card number:

Does this happen with Edge and/or other browsers or not?
