fixing toggle buttons on internal pages

in Settings many of toggles are shifted to the left.

Why not to remove the useless 1px content border at all? What practical benefits from it? Edge, Chrome, FireFox, Vivaldi - only Opera has the border currently. The border is really annoying (taking into account that I use One version very short periods).

*Maybe Edge also will have it near future because long ago there's a toggle in Settings to test it but it seems they are not hurry to apply the border by default.

@parduspars, do you use any blocking extensions like uBlock Origin and uMatrix? Maybe you must unlock some restrictions for these videos.

@ralf-brinkmann: I' m using ublock origin. I disabled it and tried again but still the same problem. Opera's adblocker disabled too.
