      @indiqazzz Confirmed here.
There are some other new visual, animation smoothness and similar issues in this build. But I have no wish already to report smth. or provide reproducing steps.
I'm really glad that I didn't switch to One version, the mess will be continuing for a long time.

Tab bar scrolling seems to be working much better in this version, thanks for that!
Also, It was promoted from experimental to a regular option again \o/

Now, if you could solve the issue that clicking on an inactive tab scrolls the website to the top, I'll be very happy 🙂 ❤

@indiqazzz, I don't understand what you mean. Can you please explain your step 3: "Tab will marks as duple".

How do you see that a tab is marked as duple when you hover over a link? I can only see the address of the main page and the tab changes to this url if I click the link. Before there is noch visible change in the look of the tab.

@indiqazzz Isn't it what DNA-112122 Duplicate indicator on hovering link is supposed to do?

Suggestion: Instead of the "Cycle tabs in most recently used order" provide one shortcut for cycling in the most recently used order (e.g. Ctrl+Tab) and one for cycling in the visual order (e.g. Ctrl+` ).

Tabs moving inside the tabstrip is very 'smooth'. If you think this only in developer, you're wrong.

@indiqazzz this is an intended feature, as it seems.
But mostly useless feature because while you hover links usually you don't look at the tabstrip.

@indiqazzz, that's exactely what I do. But how do you see that the tab now is marked as duplicated? I don't see it in your image and I don't see it on my own screen in my Youtube page. Everything looks normal as always.

@indiqazzz, ahhhhhh! Now I understand! Thank you for your video. It took me a while to find out, on which pages and under which circumstances this is visible here. It does not happen everywhere.

                            For example:

                            • I open www.youtube.com and hover there, then I can see the effect.
                            • I use my own search engine shortcut and type "yt " (YT Space). The Youtube page is opened with "No result". Hovering there does not show the effect
                            • Nothing happens if I hover here on https://forums.opera.com/topic/67106/opera-105-0-4957-0-developer-update/
                            • It happens when I'm on https://web.magentatv.de/, but not, when I'm on https://web.magentatv.de/tv-guide

In summary mostly nothing happens when I'm on a subpage, but it works on the main page. Mostly, but not always.
And seriously, I would never have noticed this if you hadn't brought it to our attention. When I select or click on any page, I don't pay attention to the tab row at the top.

                                  Regarding the cursor issue:
I keep noticing that even on my system with a light design, no cursor is visible when an input field opens, for example to enter username and password. This is particularly annoying if you want to improve something in text that has already been inserted. You can't see where you are.
I think this is the same problem. Should be fixed very fast.

@ralf-brinkmann You can simply right click on any link and select 'open link in new tab' (or press mouse wheel to open link in a new tab) and then hover the link again to test the feature.

@ralf-brinkmann said in Opera 105.0.4957.0 developer update:

Exactly. I wrote the same. The feature is useless. The duplication will be noticed after the tab already opened in 90% cases.

@ralf-brinkmann I noticed the same here right after the update on internal pages (Settings, History and etc.) search fields.
Usually after minimizing ( _ button) window and restoring it again the cursor appears.

Need colors customization. My browser auto updated yesterday, and now look horrible. Or add classic theme. Acid colors blowing eyes.
