On paypal site, click on blue Adblock badge at the end of address bar, turn 'Block trackers' off. Or just 'Turn of for this site' to disable entire adblock functionality for paypal.
Do you have any more extensions active? Some privacy tools tend to block paypal internal redirects.

Opera is my default browser.
I tried to login into my paypal account two days back
I don't know why the password page never appears. And it is always back to login page. I tried after allowing all trackers, and advertisements, cleaning the cache fully, after disabling all extensions, still it did not allow me to go to the password page. I thought paypal might have issues.

Out of curiosity I tried other browsers.

Paypal worked fine with the firefox and brave browsers and did my business using firefox.

Any solutions.

Have you cookies enabled? Paypal needs them.
Supposing you did stop all adblocking features, I would clear cookies for paypal and try again.

I've got the same issue (July 24 2023). Already tried clearing cache, disabling extensions and I don't use ad blockers, not even Oper's built-in one.

This morning I had to purchase something online with Paypal. I didn't know if it was going to go through but it did with no issues. So now everything seems to be working again.

Had the same issue, no PP checkout working on my desktop with Opera, using the m. instead of www. solves the problem.

Back in the past you had to chose which country you were from to access PayPal. I'm currently having issues logging in to PP. I've found when I type in the URL it needs to be modified. I always have success logging in when I type paypal.com/us or if the URL is preloaded for you add the us/ as shown here paypal.com/us/sigin Might also work for other countries if you know what the country designation code is and substitue it for us/ As an example for Canada it might be ca/
Is it possible there's a setting that might be turned off not allowing Opera to access PayPal?
