<![CDATA[Can't login to paypal]]>I can't login to paypal ever since the previous update. The new update did not fix this issue.
Paypal's first screen asks for email address. Upon hitting submit, the same login screen reloads. I've disabled all extensions, closed the broswer to upgrade to the latest version, and still no dice. I had to switch to (cough cough) Chrome to login to paypal.

Any ideas?

I'm currently having issues logging in to PP. I've found when I type in the URL it needs to be modified. I always have success logging in when I type paypal.com/us or if the URL is preloaded for you add the us/ as shown here paypal.com/us/sigin Might also work for other countries if you know what the country designation code is and substitue it for us/ As an example for Canada it might be ca/
Is it possible there's a setting that might be turned off not allowing Opera to access PayPal?

Have you cookies enabled? Paypal needs them.
Supposing you did stop all adblocking features, I would clear cookies for paypal and try again.

Opera is my default browser.
I tried to login into my paypal account two days back
I don't know why the password page never appears. And it is always back to login page. I tried after allowing all trackers, and advertisements, cleaning the cache fully, after disabling all extensions, still it did not allow me to go to the password page. I thought paypal might have issues.

Out of curiosity I tried other browsers.

Paypal worked fine with the firefox and brave browsers and did my business using firefox.

Any solutions.

On paypal site, click on blue Adblock badge at the end of address bar, turn 'Block trackers' off. Or just 'Turn of for this site' to disable entire adblock functionality for paypal.
Do you have any more extensions active? Some privacy tools tend to block paypal internal redirects.

Clearing cache and cookies does not help and I for sure know about getting a new password.

The issue is, when hitting submit on the initial login page which just asks for email address without the password ( the password field comes up on the next screen) the page just refreshes itself back to email login page. Opera does not go to the next page which asks for the paypal password.
