Update: Opera V97.0.4719.43 released yesterday, March 28, 2023. Menu issue still not fixed.

Update:

Opera's Developers have fixed the Opera Menu issue reported here via Opera 98 (Beta, DNA-106396). Confirmed. The release schedule for Opera 98 (Stable) is not yet available.

Interesting, on Opera dev version 98.0.4756.0 some O menu problems remain, when Opera is maximized:

Agree! You beat me to it. Was about to report the same. Since Opera 98 is currently under Beta stage, let's hope the developers will fix that bug before releasing Opera stable.

@burnout426 Seems to only happen for me when creating a second window. Then it works if I unmaximise and remaximise.
