Opera 92.0.4561.30 Stable update

Rename 'Downloading update' to 'Updating Opera' (or similar) like it works in Chrome.
Currently I see Downloading update 100% during minutes. The update is being installed instead of downloading, actually. But it looks more like downloading is stuck.

@andrew84 The update only happens after you have restarted Opera.

still the same problem on Linux/debian/... when starting Opera is not full size

Solution Update:
In my case i disabled VPN PRO in Experiments
opera://flags/
Now "Default" again and all is ok.
