Die Aktivierung funktioniert seit heute irgendwie nicht mehr.... Aktiviert, drei Sekunden später soll ich wieder aktivieren...

Cant activate cashback on any site, keeps reloading page and ask to activate again. Uninstalled and installed again, didn't help.

Hi @sajmon33! If you are only using a cashback badge to activate Opera cashback, try logging back into your Opera cashback account and re-activate cashback on the selected site. If, on the other hand, you are using both - cashback badge and Opera Cashback extension try disabling the cashback badge in opera://flags and re-activate the extension.

Hi @zahlenfee! Wenn du nur ein Cashback-Badge verwendest, um Opera Cashback zu aktivieren, versuche, dich wieder in dein Opera Cashback-Konto einzuloggen und Cashback auf der ausgewählten Website erneut zu aktivieren. Wenn du hingegen sowohl den Cashback-Badge als auch die Opera Cashback-Erweiterung verwendest, deaktiviere den Cashback-Badge in opera://flags und versuche erneut, die Erweiterung zu aktivieren.

@katarzynamos: Also, in Opera flags ist alles in Englisch, hilft mir nicht weiter. Was ist ein cashback badge? Die Extention ist installiert, es passiert noch immer das gleiche, alle 3 Sekunden wieder aktivieren...

Niestety, po zmianie z Dify Cashback na Opera Cashback oraz aktualizacjach rozszerzenia Opera Cashback nie działa. Co prawda, jest historia aktywacji cashbacku, jednak po upływie 68 godzin od momentu zakupu nie jest on uwzględniony. Wcześniej zakup był odnotowywany w histroii zazwyczaj do 24 godzin od momentu zakupu. Podsumowując, na tę chwilę cashback nie jest naliczany.

Every time I buy something on eg. Ebay, I find Dify cashback was switched off. It doesn't remind me until it's too late! One day I might get to use this blasted thing....

Nie polecam. Nalicza automatycznie (a i nie zawsze) tylko groszowe cashbacki dla transakcji z Allegro i Aliexpress, ale każde zamówienie większe, czy dotyczące sklepów odzieżowych, czy z elektroniką (wiele przypadków) zawsze kończyło się zgłaszaniem zagubionego cashbacku, co potem było rozpatrywane przez obsługę nawet do dwóch miesięcy i nie zawsze na moją korzyść mimo 100% włączenia cashbacku przed złożeniem zamówienia.

Hello,
So I asked support at cashback dot opera dot com what payout methods are available through their cashback extension on Oct 27th. I've gotten no reply and I cannot find a phone number for them. So I'm asking if any of you know.

I know I could sign up and then I could go to the payout page and find out, but I'm of the opinion that I should not sign up for services just to see how they work. I would be entering into agreements without any recourse and possibly without being able to escape them just out of curiosity.

@olesiak The USA.
The cashback team noticed my post and finally got back to me. The only payout method in the US is paypal currently.

This is one big fraud. It charge only small amounts, but every bigger amount like 100-200e is not charged, and after every shopping like clothes, electronic etc. I have to contact support, but usually without success. "We don't have your cashback, so what?". Additionally, cashback is not charged on Booking if you are in Genius program, but there is no information about that in terms and conditions.

@rocket1 Hi! The Genius program does not affect the calculation of cashback on Booking. Please activate the Opera Cashback extension before you start looking for a stay on Booking. When the extension is activated before you begin your search, each offer will include information about the expected reward.

In addition, check out our FAQ article on how to make sure you get your cashback, and remember that you can report any missing transactions to Opera Cashback customer support. For most merchants, we can request a re-verification of the marketing source of the transaction you made. Once our request is approved (in other words, the merchant confirms that the transaction has been assigned to Opera Cashback), we will, of course, credit the missing reward to your Opera Cashback account.
