Would it be possible to save the pip window position on the screen? Vivaldi browser already has this feature.

In fact, recently closed tabs should reopen in exactly the same place when you reopen them using the magnifying glass icon. The surrounding tabs are all still there where they were at the time of closing. This was the case with all previous versions. Since this version, however, this does not happen, the reopened tab appears in the last position on the far right.

                Something that I don't understand:

If I press CTRL-SHIFT-DEL ("Delete browser data") and also tick the cookies, then I thought that only the session cookies would be deleted and the cookies entered in the exception list would be protected and not deleted. But that is not the case and I now have to re-login to all sites (web forums, blogs, support forums, etc.) I think this behavior is wrong. Is this a bug or a feature?

@ralf-brinkmann I checked in latest Stable (90.0.4480.48) and there's the same behavior (last position). I managed to check in O58 and there it works correctly.
So maybe a bug in Opera or change in Chromium because in Edge/Chrome Canary the position of reopened tabs is also not remembered.

The behavior is determined by Chromium. You can test in it and if cookies gotten from sites in the exception list are also deleted, then it's not a bug.

Something that I miss in Opera:

There should be a switch in the settings, if tabs always should be opened in the foreground or in the background. I like to open all new tabs in the foreground and use an extension for it ("Tabs to the front") but some people like to collect tabs in the background. I think some other browsers have a setting for this selection, for example Vivaldi.
